- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process sales and returns.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
- Learn and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products to provide expert recommendations and answer customer questions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle cash and handle customer inquiries regarding store policies and services.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customer bases.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with using POS systems.
- A reliable work history and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise as needed.
