Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through inbound/outbound calls and email campaigns
- Build rapport with prospects and understand their business needs

- Close deals and maintain accurate CRM records daily
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine lead-generation strategies
- Meet/exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Participate in weekly sales training and coaching sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- 0-2 years professional experience (graduates welcome)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
