Responsibilities
- Initiate and conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients and generate new business leads.
- Qualify leads and determine customer needs through active listening and probing questions.
- Present product demonstrations and pricing options effectively to demonstrate value.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to meet and exceed monthly quotas.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all prospecting activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Participate in daily sales training and team meetings to refine skills and strategies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
