Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound calling, email campaigns, and digital prospecting
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target industries
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs using CRM tools
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop strategic sales campaigns
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Track all sales activities in Salesforce and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Participate in weekly sales training and professional development sessions
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of B2B inside sales or customer experience experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Immediate availability to start within 1-2 weeks
