What You Will Do:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company to new clients. You will be responsible for managing a pipeline of leads, conducting product demonstrations, and closing deals—all from our modern, fully equipped office in Indianapolis.

Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to qualified leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients to understand their business needs.
- Present product demonstrations and effectively handle objections to close sales.
- Manage a daily sales pipeline using CRM software to track progress and forecast revenue.
- Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to refine outreach strategies.
- Cross-sell and upsell products to existing accounts to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Document all customer interactions and account details accurately in the database.
Qualifications
- No prior sales experience is required; we are looking for raw talent and drive.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
