Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients to showcase the value of our services.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales strategies.
- Track all sales activities and customer interactions using Salesforce CRM.
- Travel to client meetings and industry events as required to represent the company.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in outside sales or business development (2+ years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage a complex sales pipeline.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings for client meetings.
