Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Qualify inbound leads and conduct needs assessments to determine the best solution for the prospect.
- Present product demos and overcome objections to drive the sales cycle forward.
- Manage a high-volume pipeline using Salesforce, ensuring accurate data entry and forecasting.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth onboarding and retention.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales or Business Development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a commission-based environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software, specifically Salesforce.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex value propositions clearly.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently in a remote-first hybrid environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for team events (quarterly).
