Responsibilities
- Drive New Business: Actively prospect and qualify leads to generate new revenue streams for the company.
- Client Acquisition: Conduct high-level sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Goal Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales or a related field (B2B or B2C).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive, professional tone.
- Drive: Proven self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
- Location: Must be willing to work from our Tampa, FL office.
