Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients across Florida
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs and overcome objections
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales strategies
- Track sales activities and pipeline progress in Salesforce CRM
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs with consistent follow-up
- Participate in weekly sales training and team meetings
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of inside sales or B2B sales experience required
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a consultative approach
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Highly organized with exceptional time management abilities
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
- Valid Florida driver's license (occasional local travel required)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
