- Proactively identify and qualify new leads through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
- Present and demonstrate our premium products/services to prospective clients to meet monthly sales quotas.
- Manage and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities within our CRM system.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is an asset.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
