Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify leads through phone, email, and CRM outreach
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business
- Explain product features and benefits to match customer needs
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Document all interactions and pipeline activity in Salesforce
- Participate in weekly training sessions and sales team meetings
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of B2B inside sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with Salesforce and sales automation tools
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to thrive in a metrics-driven environment
- Strong objection handling and negotiation abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
