As a Weekend Shift Representative, you will play a pivotal role in our sales pipeline. You'll connect with prospective clients, identify their needs, and close deals—all while enjoying a schedule that fits your lifestyle. We are looking for candidates who are resilient, persuasive, and ready to dominate the market while others are resting.
Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with potential leads via phone and email to introduce our premium services.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads, accurately assessing their pain points and budget.
- Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and sales presentations over the weekend.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to track progress and update client data.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday team to ensure seamless handoffs and follow-ups.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or telemarketing.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (Weekend Shift).
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and persuasive tone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
- Self-motivated with a 'hunter' mentality and a drive for commission-based earnings.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
