Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling to generate new sales opportunities.
- Qualify leads and build relationships with prospective clients to understand their business needs.
- Present product demos and solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Manage the sales pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring accurate data entry and follow-up.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Strong communication skills with a proven ability to overcome objections.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a hunger for success.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
