Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new enterprise clients through strategic outreach and relationship building
- Present and demo innovative tech solutions to C-level executives and decision-makers
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM
- Exceed quarterly sales targets with consistent closing ratios
- Conduct on-site product demonstrations and client consultations
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Attend industry events and trade shows to generate leads and build brand presence
- Provide detailed sales forecasts and performance reports to management
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven outside sales experience with enterprise clients
- Track record of exceeding sales targets and managing large accounts
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office Suite
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills with executive-level audiences
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (company vehicle provided)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience selling SaaS, cloud solutions, or IT infrastructure
- Ability to travel 60% of time across Northern California territory
