Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Present tailored solutions to B2B clients in tech and healthcare sectors
- Close 5-8 deals monthly with average deal value $5,000-$15,000
- Maintain 100% CRM compliance with detailed activity documentation
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining 90%+ client satisfaction
- Participate in weekly sales training and product knowledge sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years inside sales experience with SaaS or B2B technology
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets
- Expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparable CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with consultative selling approach
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- Strong analytical skills for pipeline management and forecasting
- Valid driver's license for occasional client site visits (Florida)
