Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients to meet sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Track sales metrics and provide accurate forecasting reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of B2B Outside Sales experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to travel locally within the Indianapolis metro area.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
