Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify prospective clients through outbound calls and digital outreach.
- Client Engagement: Present product offerings and solutions to potential customers in the Maryland and Pennsylvania regions.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to share insights and optimize strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is highly desirable.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Availability: Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented with a proven ability to work independently.
- Location: Must reside in or be willing to commute to the Baltimore, MD area.
