Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage with commercial clients during evening/night hours (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies for after-market opportunities
- Present product demonstrations and negotiate contracts with key decision-makers
- Maintain accurate CRM records and weekly sales pipeline reports
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless client handovers and follow-ups
- Exceed monthly sales quotas through consultative selling techniques
- Attend quarterly sales conferences in New York (all expenses covered)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of outside sales experience with proven track record
- Exceptional night shift availability and adaptability to nocturnal schedules
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong negotiation and closing skills in B2B environments
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Spanish bilingualism strongly preferred for San Antonio market
- Willingness to travel within 50-mile radius of San Antonio
