Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales calls and emails to generate qualified leads across the Western US territory
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling techniques
- Exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining 95% CRM data accuracy
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Conduct product demonstrations and handle customer inquiries with expertise
- Prepare detailed sales reports and pipeline forecasts weekly
- Participate in weekend shift (Sat-Sun 9AM-5PM) with weekday flexibility
Qualifications
- 3+ years of inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com and other CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience in SaaS or B2B technology sales highly desirable
- Self-motivated with ability to thrive in independent work environment
