Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to explain complex solutions to diverse customer segments.
- Manage and update the CRM system with accurate prospect data and deal progression stages.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on campaign strategies and lead generation efforts.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience in sales is acceptable.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales or Telecommunications industries.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first hybrid environment.
