Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through targeted cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach
- Build rapport with key decision-makers to understand client needs and present tailored solutions
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through strategic negotiation and closing techniques
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data in Salesforce and provide weekly performance reports

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of B2B inside sales or business development experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas with commission structures
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite
