Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through inbound/outbound calls, email, and CRM engagement
- Present product solutions to B2B clients, aligning features with pain points
- Close deals and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Document all interactions in Salesforce while maintaining accurate pipeline data
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge training and sales workshops
Qualifications
- 1+ years inside sales or customer experience experience
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Proficient with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Strong problem-solving and objection-handling abilities
- Flexibility to work night shift (6 PM - 2 AM EST)
- Valid work authorization in the US
