Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calling and digital prospecting
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while presenting product solutions
- Exceed monthly sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track interactions and maintain accurate records
- Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Participate in weekly sales training and strategy sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in remote environment
- Experience in SaaS or technology sales preferred
- Valid driver's license for occasional client meetings
