Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Present product demonstrations and tailored solutions to potential clients to address their specific needs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention and repeat business.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively using CRM software (Salesforce or HubSpot) to track progress and forecast revenue.
- Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Close deals and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelorās degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (experience in B2B sales preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident, professional demeanor.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated and resilient, with the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn new CRM platforms.
