As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue for our clients. You will interact with potential clients, identify their needs, and present solutions that drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Generate new sales leads through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and email campaigns.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads within the Salesforce CRM.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet daily and weekly quotas.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Provide regular feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Resilience and a “hunter” mentality for sales success.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce is a plus).
