We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Professional to join our elite team in Virginia Beach. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, managing inbound and outbound sales opportunities during our high-volume night shift. Responsibilities
- Execute a high volume of outbound and inbound sales calls to generate new business and upsell existing clients.
- Identify and qualify potential leads using CRM software and sales scripts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
- Accurately record all customer interactions and order details in our Salesforce CRM.
- Collaborate with the fulfillment team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telemarketing, or Customer Service.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on persuasion and negotiation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
