Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new business in the El Paso region
- Conduct weekend on-site client meetings and product demonstrations
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts
- Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for leadership review
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts required)
