Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound calling and email campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Manage a pipeline of prospects using Salesforce or HubSpot CRM.
- Conduct needs assessments and product demonstrations to identify customer pain points.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals within the defined sales cycle.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong network of business relationships.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) including conversion rates and average deal size.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Inside Sales or B2B sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Pipedrive, or HubSpot preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
