Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Present our premium solutions to prospective clients, articulating value propositions that resonate with decision-makers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial lead contact to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline within the CRM system, ensuring accurate forecasting.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Conduct product demonstrations and handle objections with confidence and poise.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Business Development (remote or in-office).
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong communication skills, including active listening and the ability to influence others.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Self-motivated and resilient, with a 'hunter' mentality and the drive to succeed in a commission-based role.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales methodologies.
