Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and meet/exceed monthly revenue targets specifically on weekend shifts.
- Engage with incoming and prospective customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and convert them into paying customers.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our CRM and POS systems.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for weekend traffic peaks and seasonal campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high retention and satisfaction rates.
Qualifications
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required (comprehensive training provided).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) with a flexible schedule.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to earn uncapped income.
- Proficiency with computers and basic data entry.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
