Job Summary:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the voice of our brand. You will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients, identifying their needs, and guiding them through our sales process. No prior sales experience is required; we are looking for attitude and coachability.
Responsibilities
- Prospect & Connect: Initiate outbound calls and emails to generate new business leads in the Virginia Beach area.
- Needs Analysis: Conduct needs-based conversations to understand client pain points and offer tailored solutions.
- Schedule Meetings: Set qualified appointments for the sales team to close deals.
- Product Demos: Conduct virtual presentations and product walkthroughs to prospective customers.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and track lead progress.
- Follow-Up: Consistently follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and leadership to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide full training for motivated candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone voice.
