Responsibilities
- Execute sales strategies during peak evening hours (10 PM - 6 AM) to exceed nightly targets
- Build personalized relationships with high-net-worth clientele in exclusive retail setting
- Manage inventory, display merchandising, and store operations during overnight shifts
- Utilize CRM systems to track customer preferences and drive repeat business
- Collaborate with day teams to ensure seamless customer experience transitions
- Implement upselling techniques to maximize average transaction value

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury retail or high-end sales experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in fast-paced environments

- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision overnight
- Advanced knowledge of point-of-sale systems and inventory management
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for overnight shifts
