Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
- Manage and nurture a pipeline of potential clients through cold calling and email outreach.
- Present products and services to prospective customers, demonstrating value and overcoming objections.
- Close deals and process orders accurately within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or telemarketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive demeanor.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage a high volume of tasks.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is highly preferred.
- Willingness to relocate to El Paso, TX or work remotely from North Carolina.
