Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Outreach: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, cold calling, email) to identify and qualify high-value leads within the target market.
- Product Demonstrations: Deliver compelling product presentations and live demos to prospective clients, showcasing the unique value proposition of our solutions.
- Deal Management: Navigate the sales pipeline from initial contact to contract signature, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- CRM Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce or HubSpot, ensuring data integrity for forecasting.
- Revenue Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas through strategic relationship building.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of proven experience in Inside Sales or Business Development, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex value propositions simply.
- CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) and sales engagement tools.
- Goal Orientation: Strong track record of meeting sales targets and a "hunter" mentality driven by compensation.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
