- Manage a daily pipeline of prospects and ensure accurate CRM data entry.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide ongoing support to new clients.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, or a similar role.
- Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated self-motivation and a hunger to exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team setting.
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup.
