Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify leads effectively and present solutions that meet client needs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Document all client interactions and sales activities accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine campaign strategies and improve lead quality.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or Telemarketing.
- Proven ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating or fixed schedule.
- Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
