Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the San Diego market to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, clearly articulating value propositions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure high retention rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted outreach campaigns and strategies.
- Track sales activities and manage the sales pipeline using our CRM system efficiently.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to refine sales tactics.
- Participate in weekly training sessions to sharpen negotiation and closing skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a commission-based environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus but not required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local client meetings.
