Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Execute outbound and inbound sales strategies to meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and social media.
- Product Demos: Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition of our services.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Salesforce CRM system to track progress and forecast sales.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and support teams to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident, persuasive tone.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals; comfortable working in a commission-based environment.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM software.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) during core business hours.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
