Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage high-volume outbound sales calls to qualified local leads.
- Effectively communicate product value propositions to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to refine sales strategies.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required).
- Strong communication skills and a persuasive telephone manner.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday (9 AM - 6 PM).
- Self-motivated attitude with a desire to learn and grow professionally.
