Responsibilities
- Engage with customers warmly to assess needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Process point-of-sale (POS) transactions quickly and accurately to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a pristine and organized sales floor, including stocking shelves and folding merchandise.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory counts as directed by management.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, adhering to company policies.
- Ensure the security of the facility, including checking exits and monitoring surveillance systems.
- Clean and sanitize work areas to uphold rigorous hygiene and safety standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn POS systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
