Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Conduct needs analysis calls to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce) to maintain accurate records and track pipeline metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Attend daily training sessions and weekly sales meetings to stay sharp and motivated.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B inside sales, outbound sales, or telesales.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
