Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through multi-channel prospecting (email, phone, LinkedIn)
- Present tailored product demonstrations to enterprise clients via virtual meetings
- Develop and maintain accurate sales pipeline data in Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets with 120%+ achievement rate
- Conduct competitive analysis and provide actionable market feedback
- Maintain 95%+ activity metrics in sales engagement platform
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/technology focus
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas ($500K+ annually)
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and outreach automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with C-suite client experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- CompTIA Sales+ or similar certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings for West Coast calls
- Valid driver's license for occasional client site visits
