Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate qualified leads.
- Present product demonstrations and value propositions to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline within our CRM system (Salesforce).
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to identify customer pain points and offer solutions.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
