- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to generate qualified leads.
- Identify and assess the needs of potential clients to recommend effective solutions.
- Present product demos and close sales via phone and online video platforms.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to contract finalization.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to track progress.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
