Responsibilities
- Execute outbound and inbound sales strategies to generate new leads and qualify potential clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Present product demonstrations and handle objections professionally to close deals.
- Log all customer interactions accurately into the CRM system (Salesforce/Sales Navigator).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach strategies with campaign goals.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently with a high level of self-motivation.
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 5 PM - 2 AM).
