Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify enterprise leads through multi-channel prospecting (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Develop customized solutions presentations aligned with client business objectives
- Execute full sales cycle from discovery to contract negotiation within CRM platform
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead nurturing campaigns
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining 85%+ client satisfaction rate
- Document all interactions in Salesforce and maintain accurate forecasting
- Participate in weekly sales training to refine product knowledge and negotiation skills
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/technology solutions
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas ($500k+ annually)
- Expertise in Salesforce.com and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Experience negotiating 6-figure enterprise contracts
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
