Responsibilities
- Execute a strategic outside sales strategy to generate new leads and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations with potential clients to showcase our premium solutions.
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in outside sales or B2B sales (experience in the night shift sales environment is preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed quotas.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high energy levels.
