Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, clearly articulating value propositions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing and onboarding new accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of all prospect and customer interactions in Salesforce and CRM systems.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and pitch materials.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to provide strategic insights to leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Inside Sales or B2B Sales (Tech or SaaS experience preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas consistently.
- Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently and remotely.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
