Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and contact potential clients via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to prospective customers to generate interest.
- Manage and qualify leads through the sales pipeline to ensure accurate forecasting.
- Build lasting relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Customer Service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Strong work ethic, resilience, and a "hunter" mentality.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
