Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new leads and opportunities.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine fit and purchasing authority.
- Present product solutions and pricing to prospective clients, effectively overcoming objections.
- Manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline using Salesforce or HubSpot CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales or Lead Generation.
- Strong ability to work effectively during Night Shift hours (typically 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM or 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of hitting targets.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
